Warranty Policy

  • All of our products have a warranty depending on the given length service by our Suppliers, otherwise if not stated 3 months warranty.
  • Warranty can be extended or changed based on the rules and regulation of the supplier.
  • In case the Product is defective and/or requires repair then Standard Warranty Conditions of the Omniyat.net shall apply. Collection for repairs/warranty will be only done depending on the agreed scheduled date of picking up.
  • For branded items that have a Supplier warranty, customer must visit/contact Direct Service Center for assistance.
  • Warranty is applicable within the limits of UAE only unless specified otherwise.
  • Omniyat.net will only be the facilitator of this service and primary responsibility for warranty service; otherwise the warranty will be null and void if the product is checked by other parties.
  • In cases of Dead on Arrival (DOA) product products must be reported within 3 days. Otherwise it would not be subjected to replace only repair.
  • Warranty didn’t cover any misused or damage done by the customer, however you can contact Omniyat.net for repairing of item but additional charge may apply.
  • Delivery charge also applied for picking-up and returning of items, minimum of 35 AED and its subjected to increase depending on Omniyat’s availability of service.
  • Items can be refunded within 2 days after purchase, in the condition of plastic wrapping is NOT been opened or damaged.
  • Tablets and mobiles are not subjected for refund; however you can swap it with the equal or higher value.
  • 15% automatically be deducted from invoice total price if the item’s plastic wrapping has been opened or damaged.
  • Additional charges may apply depending on the status of the returned items.
  • All accessories included to the product must return same as how Omniyat.net deliver it to the customer, otherwise charges may apply.
  • Carton/Case must be in good shape on returning, otherwise it cannot be refunded.
  • Omniyat’s quality assurance officer has the right to decide if the item is subjected for refund or not.
  • Delivery charge also applied for refunding of items, minimum of 35 AED and its subjected to increase depending on Omniyat’s availability of service.

  • Replacement Policies

  • Replacement of item will be done 1 time only.
  • Replacing of items with the same model is allowable only before the 7th day after the purchase.
  • Replacement of item for another equal value is acceptable only if the plastic wrapping has not been opened or damaged, otherwise 15% will automatically be deducted from its original price.
  • All accessories included to the product must return same as how Omniyat deliver it to you, otherwise charges may apply.
  • Any damaged found on returned items, Omniyat’s quality assurance officer has the right to decide if the item is subjected for replacement or not.
  • Delivery charge also applied for replacement of items, minimum of 35 AED and its subjected to increase depending on Omniyat’s availability of service.
  • Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
